Мақолада сут бези ва унинг секретор маҳсулоти она сути (оғиз сути, етук сути) ва унинг турли параметрларининг эмизикли бола ривожланишига ва иммунитетига таъсирига бағишланган барча охирги маълумотларнинг шархи келтирилган. Она сутининг гуморал, ҳужайравий омиллари ва бошқа ҳимоя компонентларининг тавсифи тақдим қилинган. Янги туғилган чақалоқларнинг ривожланиши ва унинг иммунитет тизимини шаклланиши учун эмизиш афзаллиги исботланган ва хеч бўлмаса чақалоқни биринчи 6 ой оналар албатта эмизиши лозимлиги тавсия этилган.
