Russia sovereign logistics and the imperatives of its support through the professional education development

This article develops an ideology of organizational and technological independence for Russian logistics. Within a general economic context, it reveals the fundamental differences between sovereign country logistics and logistics localized within state borders, and establishes a correspondence with the autonomous logistics concept. The article outlines the prospects for the development of sovereign logistics in Russia and ensures its integration into the global economy through global localization processes. It also substantiates the imperatives of Russian logistics sovereignty supporting in the professional educational training system for logisticians, considering the experience of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department at St. Petersburg State University of Economics (SPbSUE).
