Sovereign wealth funds: measures of improvement

Nowadays, economists often use the concept of a Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) "sovereign wealth Fund", a number of other synonyms such as "sovereign Fund", "national welfare Fund", "stabilization Fund," "state financial reserve," and others. First and foremost, this is due to the increasing importance of these funds in terms of macroeconomic policy, especially in countries with so-called commodity-dependent economies. This article discusses the theoretical aspects of the formation and using of sovereign funds. Based on this, the most relevant problems and recommendations are given.
