The paper deals with the criminal’s personal data as the element of criminalistics characteristic of crimes provided for by Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This data enables the officer who is in charge of the criminal case to build typical versions at the initial stage of investigation and provide the proper order of investigative actions.
