The blood coagulation system in treatment of closed fractures in patients with diabetes meilitus using the transosseous osteosynthesis according to Llizarov

The hemostasis system was studied in 15 patients with diabetes meiiitus of moderate severity, who had the closed fractures of lower limbs, operated on urgently under conduction anesthesia. Throughout the period of treatment the internal balancing of the factors of blood coagulation system took place, which manifested itself in hyper-, hypo-, and normocoagulation.
