The article is devoted to the study of evidence of immunity in civil proceedings. The concept of evidence immunity is considered. Analyzes the conditions necessary for the establishment of evidence of immunity, the classification of evidence of immunity, as well as the range of persons possessing them. A conclusion is formulated on the meaning of evidence of immunity in a civil proceeding.
