In modern times there is a huge number of organizations, each of which offers a variety of goods and services that compete with each other. Manufacturers are trying to surprise a potential client, carefully working on the quality and uniqueness of the product or service, but this is not enough. In order for a potential client to know about the existence of any organization, about their product that is able to meet the needs, it is enough to use marketing. And no matter what kind of organization it uses: commercial or non-profit. This article describes the features of marketing communications of social organizations, as well as the features and problems of the development of promotional activities in this area. Analyzed the tools of marketing communications, namely: personal sales, sales promotion, pub releyshinz, advertising.
