Correlation of information and idea of the perfect

Along with substance and field the information can be regarded as one of the possible state of the matter. Consideration for the correlation “information - energy - substance" allows avoiding difficulties in comprehension of the neural system functioning. The information appears as a result of the objects’ mutual reflection. The perfect may be interpreted as a reflection of the reflected previously. The authors introduce conceptions of the external and internal communications, and from this perspective they discuss complex systems of the life forms.
