Relationship of the quality of education and the cost of housing

The pricing of some object, one way or another traded on some market, is a rather ancient element of economic discourse. In the process of improving theoretical thought and empirical methods, the Academy of Economics creates new approaches to describing the process of pricing certain goods. In this paper, pricing in the housing market is considered, with the emphasis on obtaining an assessment of the impact of the school system on the cost of housing. Such an extraordinary choice was made because the school can be imagined as an object of immovable infrastructure, in theory capable of improving the well-being of the population in its vicinity.
