The article presents the analysis of the correlation of personal qualities of the teacher-organizer of the components of teenagers self-consciousness involved in social and organizational activity. The results suggest that the complex "ineffective" personal qualities of the teacher not only prevents further effective development activity, but also the full development of self-consciousness of teenagers.
