The article examines the relationship between social strategy and corporate social responsibility of an organization. A social strategy is a type of functional strategy aimed at the effective use and reproduction of human capital, as well as at performing social functions outside the organization. In turn, corporate social responsibility forms the basis for strategy development and is integrated into all its stages, enriching the strategy with its principles and norms of socially responsible behavior. Corporate social responsibility in general is the main plan for the implementation of a social business strategy, which is based on a model of socially responsible behavior of the organization in the long term. Following the principles of social responsibility contributes to the more effective achievement of organizations' strategic goals, as it allows for long-term investments in creating a favorable social environment.
