Freedom of contract and its limits

This article is devoted to the problem of applying the analogy of the law and the analogy of lex, by looking retrospectively at this issue, the issue of freedom of contract and its limits is considered, as well as some problems of judicial lawmaking, interpretation of the law and its bypassing the law, namely, the procedure of "contra legem", as outside the rule of law.
