Freedom of educationalist creativity being a criterion for updating the learning paradigm

The paper presented a survey of the range of negative social-cultural trends that hinder updating attempts in the contemporary Russian education, and justified as well importance of a fruitful value-focused educationalist creativity in implementing the innovation-targeted techniques in the existing practices of training and upbringing pupils. The survey has given a particular attention to discovering of a gifted educationalist, of charismatic features in both the teacher and student, in the course of interaction between the subject-related forms of educationalist’ creative work. The paper emphasized importance of a «creative medium» in the course of shaping conditions for beginning the qualitatively new societal making.
