Freedom of will and its limits

This article discusses one of the fundamental principles of civil law, namely the principle of freedom of will. The possibilities with which the testator is endowed are determined on the basis of the analyzed principle. It highlights one of the main features of inheritance by will, without which this institution could not fully exist in civil society - the secrecy of the will, and also touches on the limitations of the principle of freedom of will.
