The article studies the cultural context of modern Russia which can be characterized by the following: the Russia's contemporary society chooses a new way without having refused finally from the western ideology. That is a process when cultures different on time and natures from orthodox Russia, the Soviet Union to the western society with the market economy come to an accommodation. Using K. Marx's terminology that particular situation can be defined like this: when the superstructure undergoes essential changes at preservation of basis, then basis changes itself gradually. Ordinary consciousness, without changing in general, actualizes some its components and in a latent state keeps other ones, not coinciding with the main flow of life.
