From grey forest soil with diesel fuel strain Acinetobacter sp. ИБ ДТ-5.1/1 was allocated. Cultural, phenotipical, biochemical and phylogenetic features of a strain are studied. Abilities of a bacterium to utilization of oil, hydrocarbons and other organic substances of the various nature are shown.
