This article discusses the problem of the properties of the legal system. It is indicated that this problem is currently insufficiently investigated, there is no completeness of its consideration. The author of this article attempts to disclose the problem of the basic properties of the legal system. The properties of the legal system are touched upon, revealing its structure, interaction with the external environment, as well as special properties of the legal system.
