T-lymphocytes in cattle. Function and marker molecules (review)

On the basis of literature data and own investigation the authors have analyzed the effect of T-lymphocytes of cattle on regulation of cellular and humoral immunity. The functions and the markers of three subpopulations of T-lymphocytes were described. The cytolytic and bactericidal function of T-lymphocytes is considered as with respect to intra- both to extracellular pathogenes.
