The article is devoted to the problem of the ornament reconstruction, technological aspects of production, attribution and dating of the textile fragment from kurgan No. 6 of the Belorechenskiy burial ground (excavations by Nikolay Veselovsky, 1896). Textile has a plain weave. Its pattern is formed by introducing an additional patterned weft (metal thread) and includes an image of a dragon and a cloud ribbon. Silk should be attributed to the weaving centers of China or Central Asia of the 13th-14th centuries. Thus it is the earliest fabric among the figured textiles of the Belorechenskiy cemetery in the collection of the State Hermitage museum and the only one that should be associated with Far Eastern imports.
