In modern conditions of dynamic economic activity, time management plays a crucial role in the work of any organization, including socio-cultural institutions. Managers of organizations in the socio-cultural sphere should take into account that not all employees of creative and creative professions are suitable for a strict schedule and planning: it is recommended for creative individuals to create conditions that promote self-organization and creativity, thus improving their productivity and effectiveness. Their creative inspiration suffers from directive time constraints, which leads to poor performance and insufficient productivity. At the same time, increasing efficiency and effectiveness is possible with the help of time management technology, which is an organizational and managerial mechanism for self-coordination and self-control over the allocation of time in conditions of multitasking and limited time resources between various types of activities. To achieve this goal, special time management technologies, organizational and managerial time management mechanisms are used, which are designed to ensure the successful implementation of the set operational and strategic goals and objectives.
