The institute of the secrecy of the conference of judges is one of the most important guarantees of the independence of a judge enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and its proper implementation is a guarantee of a legal decision on the case. However, the legislation does not disclose the concept of the secrecy of the meeting, and also does not contain clear conditions that ensure such secrecy.
