Voters secret will expression: traditional and remote

Бесплатный доступ

The use of remote electronic voting in the modern electoral process has revealed shortcomings in guaranteeing electoral rights in the implementation of the principle of secret voting. Current electoral legislation ensured the secrecy of the will of voters in traditional voting, that is, on paper ballot. The secret expression of the voters will in remote electronic voting is not legally protected. The introduction of modern voting technologies requires the legal guarantees of the principles of democratic elections.
