Secrets of human brain: philosophical approach

The article deals with the methodological problems of the human brain study, reveal of its secrets. The author discusses the areas of common interests of neurobiology and neurosociology on the basis of dialectical materialism. It is emphasized that there is a need to carry out all studies of the human brain within the framework of universal human morality and under the control of the UN.
