Tactical combinations in the disclosure and investigation of serious crimes (on the materials of housing cooperatives, pyramid schemes in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2022)

Due to the lack of adequate legal regulation of the fight against various kinds of fraud in the Kyrgyz Republic, many people are currently becoming victims of the so-called housing cooperatives, shared housing construction, etc. almost every day, deceived shareholders and depositors give press conferences with appeals to the country’s leadership and law enforcement agencies with requests to take action against newly-minted scammers.
