Tactical features of the production of confrontation with the participation of minors

This paper examines the difficulties that may arise in practice in the production of confrontation with the participation of minors, their prerequisites. The problems of insufficient efficiency of the production of this investigative action have been identified in view of the lack of clearly developed tactical features in these conditions. The author's vision of tactical features is proposed, which should be paid attention to when conducting this investigative action with the participation of persons of this age category. The objective of this work is to consider the identified issues in accordance with the scientific provisions developed by criminologists on this issue to date, and to make proposals to overcome it. To accomplish this task, information and logical tools are used in the work; as well as methods such as: study and analysis of literature, documents and results of activities; inductive-deductive method; comparison and formalization.
