Tactical features of the interrogation of a specialist and a victim in the investigation of criminal cases of fraud committed in the housing sector

The article examines topical issues that arise when determining the tactics of interrogating participants in criminal proceedings in criminal cases of fraud in the housing sector. Particular attention is paid to the formulation of questions to be clarified when obtaining evidence, the definition of tactical techniques. The result of the study is a proposed list of tactical techniques for interrogating a specialist and a victim in criminal cases about crimes of this category.
