Tactical features of investigative judicial actions when the forensic interpretation is required

The article deals with features of tactics of investigative judicial actions under the necessity of ensuring language rights of legal procedure participants. The author compares actions of preliminary investigation with investigative judicial actions. On the basis of this comparison the author defines differences in tactics of the investigative judicial actions. Particularities of tactics of judicial interrogation are discussed as an example.
