The researchers focus on the notion of interrogation and its meaning in investigating misappropriation of a car or another vehicle without the purpose of stealing. Tactics of this investigative action is described according to the stages of interrogation. The emphasis is given to the interrogation in conflict and conflict-free situations, and the methods of emotional, psychic, logical and tactical character.
