Tactics control and record of the negotiations: problems of theory and practice

Technical provision of the organized criminal communities and groups with modern means of communication - from mobile phones to means of space communications, as well as their use in offences predetermines the necessity of the adoption of the law enforcement bodies to take measures, allowing quickly to prevent and solve crimes. A procedural means to obtain evidentiary information is relatively new, challenging investigative action «control and record of the negotiations», whose main provisions are regulated by senior 186 of the code.
