Treatment in peritonitis in children

Resume: Despite the successes achieved, the treatment of patients with diffuse peritonitis (RP) is still one of the urgent tasks of intensive care. The number of such patients, according to our data, is 10-12% of the total number of children being treated in the intensive care unit. Mortality in children with RP continues to remain high and, according to various authors, ranges from 2 to 12%.
