Tactics of inspection and conducting the HPV-infected women

At carrying out of the HPV-TEST at 7011 inhabitants of Ulyanovsk addressing in medical centers with vari- ous gynecologic diseases, presence of various types of human papillomavirus (HPV) at 1107 women (15,8 %) is revealed. At genotyping and quantitative definition of 12 types of HPV it is established that high – risk or cancirogenic 16 and 18 types are prevailing at 85,5 % of women, while high virus loading is registered at 43,6 % of patients. Maximum the proportion of women infected with HPV it is necessary on age from 20 till 30 years. High virus loading and features of the structure composition of the biological flu- ids allow to predict infection progressing.
