Confrontation tactics

This article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the tactics of confrontation. To determine a more complete and accurate understanding of the tactics of confrontation in the article on the basis of theoretical and practical research of scientific and methodological literature, the features of internal tactics as an investigative action are considered. The relevance of the topic of the article is conditioned by the fact that the successful disclosure and investigation of crimes largely depends on the conduct of confrontation in the criminal case. In the process-tactical and psychological relationship, the confrontation is a complex investigative action. In practice, there are theoretical gaps that lead to different violations, which affects the overall result of the investigation in a particular criminal case. The results of confrontation contribute to the choice of the investigative version, on the basis of which it is possible to clarify the actual circumstances of the case, as well as establish the truth in the case.
