Behavior tactics of the clergymen "lishentsy" in the struggle for restoration of voting rights in West Siberia (the middle of 1920s – 1930s)

Disfranchisement of representatives of former privileged estates enacted by 1918 First Constitution was accompanied with discriminations and restrictions. It affected main life scopes of the disfranchised and caused their objection. The article is based on the study of applications of the disfranchised orthodox clergymen to the authorities. The behavior tactics of the group in the struggle for their social and civil rights were found out using the content analysis technique.
