Tactical and forensic techniques used in the work with juveniles during the investigation of crimes

Purpose: To study the specifics of the application of tactical and forensic tools in the investigation carried out by the juvenile. Methodology: We used a formal-legal method. Results: The article analyzes the main features of the application of tactical and forensic tools and techniques in the work with minors. It is emphasized that forensic tactics used against minors, has its own peculiarities, dictated by the peculiarities of the age of defendants. Attention is drawn to the particular complexity of the interrogation of a minor in the investigation of crimes. The conclusion is that the tactics used must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, the requirements of international law, moral and ethical standards, to be effective, take into account the achievements of psychology and pedagogy. Novelty/originality/value: The paper has a scientific value, as it highlights the current and unexplored topic of forensic tactics when dealing with minors, which allows to improve the working methods of the investigators with this category of persons.
