Tactics and methods in initial investigations related to investigating the destruction or damage to graves of special military operation participants

The article deals with some issues of detection and investigation of crimes related to the abuse of burial places of participants of a special military operation. The subject matter of committing such crimes are revealed, in particular, the reasons and conditions contributing to them. Attention is paid to such an initial and urgent investigative action as inspection of the crime scene. The peculiarities of the inspection of burial sites, to which it is necessary to pay attention when conducting it, as well as the role of a specialist in the search for trace information.
