Most of the water bodies operating in the country are managed by water resources management under the Ministry of Water Resources of the republic. These are Amu Darya and Syrdarya. Transboundary river, which is made from supplied water sources [1]. The article contains information about the first dam of the Talimarjon reservoir PK 75 + 00, its functions and current state. Observations were also given deficiencies and recommendations for their elimination.
