Customs and tariff regulation of foreign economic activity in sanctioned conditions

The United States and the EU devote the article to customs and tariff regulation of foreign economic activity in Russia in the context of aggressive sanctions. The response measures that are used by the state to minimize the negative impact of sanctions pressure are considered, the main areas of improvement and tools that are introduced into the customs and tariff regulation of the Russian Federation in 2022 in order to ensure its effectiveness are analyzed.
