Customs - tariff regulation of foreign trade activity of the Russian Federation under conditions of the EEU

The article is devoted to the significance of customs and tariff regulation, which, in the complex of its elements, perform one of the most important functions in the sphere of customs: protectionist and fiscal. Customs and tariff regulation is at the same time the engine of the impact on economic activity, which is a system of measures used to influence international trade. Under current conditions, customs and tariff policy can and should become an effective tool for easing and gradually resolving crisis phenomena in the native economy, and then - one of the most important factors of post-crisis economic development.
