Customs payments in the system of customs and tariff regulation

The article is devoted to the importance of customs payments in the system of customs and tariff regulation. Based on the analysis of customs payments in the formation of the revenue part of the Federal budget, it is concluded that the Federal budget consists of more than 30% of revenues received from customs payments. The main problems of customs administration of payments are identified. The directions of improving the efficiency of customs policy in terms of collection of payments in the implementation of foreign economic activity are proposed.
