Customs tariff for European trade and other laws of the RSFSR in March 1922

A brief overview of the legislative acts adopted in Russia (RSFSR) in one month - March 1922, that is, 100 years ago, is presented. The number of decrees and other documents was 88 (for comparison, there were 84 in December 1921, 74 in January 1922, and 80 in February 2022). Such an approach based on a round date, although it bears the stamp of reproach in terms of the choice of the object of study, nevertheless, allows us to better understand the main trends in the development of Russian law. The author omits the description of the socio-political and socio-economic situation in the Soviet country at that time, since this was done in the article on the December (1921) laws published in December 2021 and other author's publications posted in the Scientific Electronic Library. The source of the acts under study is the Collection of Legalizations and Orders of the Government of the RSFSR for March 1922, which contains acts adopted by the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, Council of People's Commissars, STO, Supreme Economic Council, individual commissariats.
