Tariff formation as a method of regulating natural monopolies

The history of state regulation of natural monopoly markets is widely reflected in the works of representatives of domestic and foreign economic science. The main task in such markets is to find a balance between the volume of production of goods (provision of services) and its price. The present study is devoted to the analysis of different methods of tariff formation; determining the relationship of the concepts of «tariff» and «price».
