The connective tissue disorders is an important issue in modern obstetrics, as syndromes of connective tissue displasia, genetically predetermined abnormality of the connective tissue structure, manifest and progress at the reproductive age. The issues of classification, some aspects of connective tissue disorders subtypes (differentiated: Marfan's, Ehlers-Danlos' syndromes; undifferentiated connective tissue displasia), clinical features, maternal and neonatal complications and outcomes.
