Planned preventive measures for the technical operation of the potentially hazardous structures within irrigation projects

Sustainable agricultural development taking into account environmental constraints at the use of agricultural landscapes is associated with radical changes in the economic and investment policy of integrated reclamation of agricultural land. The methodological basis including theoretical, laboratory and field studies to identify potentially hazardous patterns of reclamation water management as well as measures to improve their reliability, analysis and synthesis of publications and research of domestic and foreign scientists are given in the paper. The results of the research on the potentially dangerous structures within the reclamation water management projects and methodological documentation for their elimination, reconstruction or further operation, which has been carries out under the state contract with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, are given.
