It is carried out research of techniques of execution of Kovach’ flight (a double somersault through high bar) on the basis of methodology of the pedagogic and biomechanics. The video shooting of investigated exercises is lead and their biomechanical characteristics are determined. The effective procedure of training to this element is developed and proved.
