Technical aspects of laparascopic hiatal hernia repair: literture review and own experience

The paper presents literature review and own clinical experience of surgery in 263 patients with hiatal hernia. We analyzed technical specifics and difficulties of performance of laparoscopic antireflux operations. The research shows that intra- and postoperational complications generally occur due to gross technical mistakes made during operation. We draw a conclusion that prevention of complications and recurrences at laparoscopic hiatal hernia repairs is based on usage of modern hich-tech methods of dissection and coagulation as well as on implantation of ligth composite prostheses on cruses of diaphragm.
