Technical features of arthroscopic shoulder rotator cuff repair

The analysis of the special features of rotator integrity arthroscopic repair by the technique of arthroscopic double-row suture using anchor retainer is presented. This surgical technique has been applied in 58 patients with different injuries of the shoulder rotator cuff elements. Follow-up amounted to 18¡5.2 months. Good results by UCLA score scale were obtained in 89.6% of cases.
