Technical means of protection as the sources of increased danger used in security activities

The article reveals the modern problems of legal regulation of relations caused by the use of technical means of protection related to the sources of increased danger in the security activity. The existing concepts of “technical means of protection as sources of increased danger” are established and analyzed, their harmful properties are revealed and their classification is developed. On the basis of the analysis, possible solutions to the problems considered are proposed.
