The juridical technical aspects of the limitation of human rights and freedoms

The problem of the limitation of human rights and freedoms is analyzed in the juridical literature very often. But the connection between this institute and the juridical technique is traditionally ignored by the most authors. The article shows how the different means of the juridical technique can influence the limitation of human rights and freedoms to make it lawful.
