Methodological and technological transformation in TV journalist work on cultural and educational programs

The article focuses on research of the contemporary approach to cultural and educational programs making. The author analyzes means of creation of the television and media content. The expansion of the technical resources and synthesis of different genres complicate standard conventional division of the culture on elite and popular works, which today have intermediate forms. There emerges a wider range of “shows" in all the spheres of culture and arts.
