Technical and technological justification of disinfection of liquid manure on the basis of resource saving at livestock enterprises

The food security of the state consists in providing the population with food. The main source of nutrition in the Russian Federation is the wellcoordinated work of two basic branches of the agroindustrial complex crop production and animal husbandry. When running livestock enterprises of various capacities, the problematic issues are the accumulation, storage of manure of various consistencies and the production of organic fertilizers. The main element of liquid manure treatment is its disinfection. Existing methods of disinfection are expensive and ineffective, based on extensive methods by aerobic disinfection in storage ponds for 12 months. Currently, more than 30% of the livestock is kept on farms and complexes on slatted floors with large volumes of liquid manure with a moisture content of more than 93%. When livestock enterprises switching to resource saving, the most rational is the use of renewable energy sources to achieve these purposes. The aim of the work is to improve the technical and technological methods of disinfection of liquid manure on the basis of resource saving. We have developed a device for accelerated disinfection of liquid manure on the basis of the Savonius wind rotor. The paper presents a block diagram of the operation of a resourcesaving livestock enterprise in a closed cycle of production, a technological diagram of a device for accelerated disinfection of liquid manure and a functional diagram of the device. The operation principle of a wind rotor is based on mixing the layers of manure mass and saturating it with oxygen from the atmosphere by using wind energy, which leads to its aerobic disinfection. The movement of the platform with the installed equipment over the area of the storage pond is remotely controlled by means of a command mechanism. There have been identified design and operation parameters affecting the operation of the installation, the main of which are the shape of the wind rotor, its area, the shape and number of blades for mixing local volumes of liquid manure, the rotation speed of the shaft of the Savonius wind rotor.
